iPhone 14 Plus was the large-screen consumer iPhone sold during the 2023/24 product cycle. It remained in the lineup for a further year, as an alternative, cheaper choice.

iPhone 15 Plus featured the same A16 Bionic chip as iPhone 14 Pro, and introduced the Dynamic Island to the standard iPhone model. This was previously a pro-level feature.

The devices frame received softer, contoured edges following complaints of the sharp edges on iPhone 14 Plus.

The back glass was also updated with a colour-infused panel, replacing the silver apple logo with a colour-matching logo instead.

This was the first iPhone lineup to use USB-C, ahead of new regulatory requirements set to be enforced in the European Union.

Apple upgraded iPhone 15 Plus' main camera to 48MP, a year after it was first introduced to the Pro lineup.
