MacBook Pro (M1) was Apple's first pro-level Apple Silicon Mac, which debuted alongside Apple's entry level MacBook Air and Mac mini.

Despite the introduction of Apple Silicon, the device used the same external design as previous models, retaining the infamous touch bar.

The device had just two usb-c ports, with no dedicated MagSafe port for charging.
