The 2021 Apple Polishing Cloth was Apple's first-party screen polishing cloth, infamous for its high price tag. Apple released this cloth to clean their nano-texture displays that ship on some MacBook Pro, iMac, iPad Pro, Pro Display and Studio Display units.

Launching at £19, the cloth became an online meme for its high cost and extensive compatibility list of over 120 Apple products.

Apple released its successor in August 2026, at a lower £9 price point, alongside new Mac mini and Mac Studio models.

Popular Apple News website MacRumors said that their article on the new polishing cloth received more page views than their articles on the new Mac models.
