Studio Display (2026)

Studio Display is Apple's consumer-level display made to pair with MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, Mac mini, and Mac Studio. Studio display is an LED 60Hz 27-inch glass display with built-in webcam and speakers.

The monitor has a 5K resolution panel, that perfectly scales macOS and shows sharp images. Units with the nano-texture finish will appear more grainy compared to the standard glass option.

The display is made of Aluminium with a glass front panel, avoiding plastics and optimising build quality.

There are no buttons or controls on the device. Instead, you simply plug Studio Display into your Mac via the Thunderbolt ports on the back and the display automatically connects.

Studio Display is extremely colour accurate, and wakes fast unlike many third-party monitor options.

Who is this Display for?

Studio Display is designed for creative professionals thanks to the 600 nits of brightness the panel can produce, the colour accuracy & the sharp 5K resolution.

Input

Connects to Mac via Thunderbolt & can connect to third-party devices including Windows PCs. If connected to a third-party device the panel brightness cannot be adjusted.
