Apple's annual back to school offer, where students buying a certain Mac or iPad model can claim a free accessory, has returned to some countries in Asia.

The full list, according to MacRumors, includes China, India, Malaysia, the Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand & Vietnam.

Whilst students in Malaysia, the Philippines, Taiwan and Thailand are only offered an Apple Gift Card, students in other nations can claim items including AirTags, AirPods and Apple Pencil Pro.

India

Customers in India can claim AirPods 4 or 4 AirTags with the purchase of a MacBook Air or MacBook Pro. iPad Air and iPad Pro buyers can claim an Apple Pencil Pro.

China, Singapore, Vietnam

Students in China, Singapore and Vietnam can claim the 4-pack of AirTags with the purchase of a MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, iPad Air or iPad Pro.

The offer in all nations lasts until 27 August.

There is no word on if and when the back to school offer will be available in more nations, including the UK, US and mainland Europe.

Notable exceptions in this offer includes the MacBook Neo, Apple's entry-level laptop aimed at students, Mac desktops and iPad mini.

In 2025, Apple's offers included Magic Keyboard for both iPad and Mac in the UK, but this is absent in all offers so far.
