Apple TV has announced that The Morning Show is set to end after five seasons.
In a post on X, the streaming service said that "The final season" is coming in 2027.
The Morning Show is an Apple Original Drama series following the lives of news presenters behind the scenes at a major American broadcast company.
Each season has been inspired by current events at the time, including the COVID-19 pandemic in season two and the decline of broadcast TV for streaming services in season three.
Season one made its debut in 2019, the same year Apple launched the streaming service, starring Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon. The show has been credited for the early success of Apple TV+ which has since been rebranded to Apple TV.
When Season five begins streaming next year, it will mark almost 8 years since the series first launched.
The show has featured a number of famous faces over the years, including Billy Crudup, Steve Carell, Jon Hamm and Mark Duplass.
