**At WWDC26, Apple unveiled its all new Siri AI, a more expressive chatbot-like version of the companies virtual assistant. During the keynote, Apple announced a new voice customisation control panel for Siri, though it only supported the American accent.** However, in the latest [Developer Beta 5](https://everything-apple.com/news/apple-releases-ios-27-macos-27-golden-gate-beta-5-and-more), Siri AI now **supports four new expressive British voices.** iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone Air users who use the British voice for Siri will now be able to **customise the voices expressivity and pace to suit their needs.** It was unclear if Apple was going to expand these new Siri voices beyond American before launch later this year. More voices may therefore be on the way, before full release next month. To keep up-to-date with Apple's latest software, checkout out [Everything Apple Platform Guides](/platforms).
