Product Information:

iPad (8th generation) was Apple's entry-level iPad model, sold during 2020 and 2021.

It was a 'spec bump' generation, with a new chip but the same external design, connector, speakers and screen as it's predecessor.

This model remained with a home button, despite recent changes in the wider iPad lineup to the all-screen design.

The 8th generation model was the last iPad with a base storage of 32GB.

iPad (8th generation) worked with the 1st generation Apple Pencil.

Aluminium enclosure available in Silver, Space Grey and Gold.

Display
10.2-inch Retina Display with 60Hz refresh rate. The screen is not laminated, so there is a gap between the screen and front glass.

8MP camera on the back & a 1.2MP front FaceTime HD camera. The iPad has stereo speakers.
