iPhone 3GS

Originally sold for £440.40 (16GB Model) (Pay & Go from O2) - The cheaper 8GB model was released later.

iPhone 3GS was released on 19 June 2009. The 3GS looked similar to its predecessor with hardware improvements, this became a pattern with the S series. Apple initially sold the phone as up to 2x faster with new features such as a built-in video camera and compass.

• 19 June 2009 - 16GB and 32GB models sold for £440.40 and £538.30 in black or white.
• 7 June 2010 - 16GB and 32GB models discontinued.
• 24 June 2010 - 8GB model introduced as a budget alternative to iPhone 4.
• 12 September 2012 - 8GB model discontinued with release of iPhone 5.
