Apple has leased a 125,800 square foot office space in the Californian city of Sunnyvale, according to a report from the Mercury News via Apple Insider.
The office space, which is being leased to Apple by real estate company Peery Arrillaga, continues the company's expansion of its Real Estate portfolio in the area.
In 2025, Apple spent over $1 Billion on properties in Sunnyvale and Cupertino, the city where Apple Park is based.
Apple Insider reports that "Apple has the potential to buy" the new property they are leasing, and that this "has become a habit of the company" where they lease before they buy.
