Apple has posted a cryptic video on its official TikTok account, featuring a white MacBook box with the label 'DO NOT TOUCH UNTIL 11.04.26', potentially teasing a collaboration with musician Labrinth and the new touchscreen MacBook Pro.

The video, which is just 14 seconds long, uses a black backdrop where what appears to be an Apple employee’s arm pushes a white MacBook-sized box into the frame.

The box is labelled as 'DO NOT TOUCH UNTIL 11.04.26', and the Apple employee writes in Sharpie on the top that the box is 'FOR LABRINTH'.

The employee then takes the box away, and we are left with a black screen that shows a slight silhouette of a person wearing a wide-brimmed fedora. The silhouette is very subtle, but shown in the image below.

A quick Google Search of 'LABRINTH' brings up a British singer-songwriter and composer, with various of the top images showing him wearing a wide-brim fedora, just like in the teaser video from Apple.

A visit to his YouTube channel shows a livestream scheduled for the 4th of November at 4am GMT, with the thumbnail set as 'LABRINTH LIVE ON MAC'.

This is paired with the description which says "Experimenting with some new ways of making music."

With the context of last week's Touchscreen MacBook Pro launch, Everything Apple has pieced these clues together and believe that this could be Labrinth hands-on with the new MacBook Pro, to showcase different ways he can make music with the device.

Last Wednesday's hands-on media event with the launch of the new MacBook Pro was very music focused, with many of the demo videos showing a piano in Garage Band. Additionally, Apple had set up an experience room at the venue where visitors could interact with the touchscreen on the MacBook Pro to create sounds and visual effects projected onto the walls.

YouTuber Brian Tong showcases this in one of his latest videos, labelling it the Mac Immersive Experience.

With the first-ever Touchscreen MacBook Pro launching this Friday, Wednesday would be the perfect time for a musician to promote how they are incorporating the new touchscreen into their Pro workflow, amid skepticism online about how useful the feature will actually be.
