Apple has raised the price of all current iPhone models in Japan, according to a report from 9to5Mac.
The increases apply to the entire lineup including, iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone Air, iPhone 17, iPhone 17e and iPhone 16.
The price increases are believed to be due to the fluctuations of Japan’s currency, the yen.
The Japanese Yen has hit its lowest point in decades, which will reduces Apple’s revenue when the countries profits are converted to USD.
The price increases are as high as 11% for the iPhone Air. The highest monetary increase was on the iPhone 17 Pro Max, which increased by 20,000 yen (£91.52).
The increases are unrelated to last months price hikes, so iPhone prices are expected to remain unchanged elsewhere.
