Apple has had a busy week announcing it's record-breaking June quarter results, unveiling an all-new leasing programme in the United States and expanding AppleCare One to more regions, including the UK.

AppleCare One offers Apple customers a way to cover multiple Apple devices under the same insurance plan, including devices up to four years old and past the initial 60-day AppleCare period.

Customers in the UK will be able to cover 3 devices for £16.99 a month, and can add additional products onto of that for an extra £4.99.

The service launches on the 4th August, and is coming to the UK, Australia, Germany and France.

On Monday Apple released iOS 26.6, iPadOS 26.6, macOS Tahoe 26.6, watchOS 26.6, vision 26.6 and tvOS 26.6.

These releases include indexing preparations for Siri AI, a new blocked contacts alert and security fixes.

On Tuesday, Apple announced a partnership with Klarna where the company will now offer an option to lease iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch across a 12, 24, 36 or 48 month period.

The programme allows for US customers to lease an iPhone as low as $17.99 per month, with the option to upgrade each year, buy the device to own at the end of the term, or return it when the lease ends.

This has replaced the iPhone Upgrade Program with this new leasing system.

MacRumors analyst Aaron Perris has found backend code that suggests the Bee Card, a travel card for public transport in Manchester, is coming to Apple Wallet.

This would make it the first travel card in the UK to do so.

Apple Reports Q3 Revenue Of $109.4 Billion

Apple reported record-breaking quarterly earnings of $109.4 billion on Thursday night, up from $94 billion in the same quarter last year.

The comes after high iPhone revenues and double-digit growth in Mac, which saw an over 25% increase year over year.

Apple's CFO also reported that the company now has 1.5 Billion Subscribers across iCloud+, Apple Services and the App Store, where they take a 30% cut.

Apple closed its Apple Briarwood store in the state of Michigan for the last time on Wednesday, 19 years since it first opened.

The Store has been relocated to a bigger, more modern unit in the same shopping centre, and opened at 10:00 am local time on Friday morning.
